Director of Call Center Operations
Location: Miami, FL
Responsibilities:

  • Oversee strategy directing, management, and performance of the call center department.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans.
  • Implement quality assurance programs.
  • Oversee workforce management activities.
  • Manage budget.

    Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Experience in call center management or operations leadership roles, with a track record of driving performance improvement and improving results.
  • Experience in budget management, financial analysis, and resource planning.
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Knowledge of workforce management tools and CRM systems.

    Salary: $65,000
