productivity and position control programs in healthcare
settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead labor optimization initiatives and manage productivity
reporting
Collaborate with operational leaders to align productivity
standards with staffing needs
Oversee the annual labor budget and implement system-wide labor
initiatives
Required Qualifications and Education:
MBA or related advanced degree required, with a preference for
healthcare administration
10+ years of experience in a complex healthcare environment
Minimum 2 years of direct management experience overseeing a
team
Experience implementing and optimizing financial systems is
advantageous
Strong understanding of financial metrics and productivity
management
