Job Description:
A company is looking for a Project Manager - Non IT to
facilitate M&A processes and integration strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Drive due diligence, integration planning, and execution for
strategic initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and execute
acquisition requirements
Oversee project activities, build contingency plans, and
communicate with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Exceptional project management skills
Experience using Microsoft 365, particularly PowerPoint and
Excel
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
Experience handling sensitive and confidential information
