Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute outbound strategies for new creator acquisition
in the fashion and beauty verticals
Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and onboard talent
suitable for brand partners
Utilize CRM tools to manage targeted email marketing campaigns and
optimize creator outreach funnels
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or a
related field
3-4 years of experience in business development, acquisition, or
growth strategy
Strong understanding of CRM tools and email marketing
strategies
Data-driven mindset with a track record of using analytics to drive
decisions
Passion for the creator economy
