you need:3 plus years of experience in risk and regulatory
management consulting from a competitive firm in a similar
oversight role5 plus years of experience with one or more of the
following:Treasury organizational structure and
transformationCapability maturity transformations including gap
assessments, target operating model design, build, implementation
and roll-outGood understanding of underlying end to end data, tech
and operational capabilities for complex treasury functionBalance
sheet and treasury management:Liquidity and cash management: Cash
management and cash flow forecasting and analytics (liquidity,
deposits, balance sheet etc.), intraday liquidity, liquidity stress
testing, LCR, NSFRContingency funding planning, Recovery and
resolution planningCapital management and stress testing (CCAR),
scenario management and managementReg reporting FR2052, FR-Y-14Data
management, technology and platformsCredit risk managementPolicy
and governancePortfolio management and analytics (risk ratings,
loss forecasting, early warning, management reporting), reporting
and regulatory compliance (including CECL/IFRS9 etc.),Credit risk
data management, technology and platformsCounterparty Credit /
Market risk management including IR, FX, Equity etc.Policy and
governanceEconomic Value of Equity, Net Interest Income and
IRRBBPortfolio management and analytics (e.g., VaR, ESs, XVAs

array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the
specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
