Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Advisor, Scaled (post-sales
customer success) in Denver, Colorado.
Key Responsibilities
Establish medium-touch relationships with a shared set of customers
to ensure satisfaction and growth
Define and execute customer success plans, focusing on adoption,
usage, and consumption metrics
Collaborate with internal teams to address technical problems and
communicate customer feedback for product improvements
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in
post-sales support
Proficiency with automation tools and AI for customer management is
a plus
Strong project management skills and organizational abilities
Knowledge of technical topics related to software development, such
as migrations and developer onboarding
Ability to engage with various stakeholders, from end-users to
C-level executives
