Job Description:
A company is looking for a Systems Administrator to provide Tier
I/II helpdesk support in the Northern Virginia area.
Key Responsibilities
Manage service requests and ensure timely resolution through
various channels
Assist end users with device enrollment, troubleshooting, and
training
Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours and emergency
support
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
3-5 years of IT support experience with a focus on
troubleshooting
At least 2 years of experience in a helpdesk or support
environment
Active Top-Secret Clearance
Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) software
