Job Description:
A company is looking for a Legal Operations Lead, US Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and administer the Legal team's technology platforms and
tools, including CLM platform implementation
Oversee corporate maintenance for Cimpress subsidiary companies and
handle subpoenas and law enforcement information requests
Track and manage the Legal team's expense budget and collaborate
with Finance on budget oversight
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workshare suites
Experience with cloud-based business productivity tools
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
simultaneously
Prior project management experience, especially with technology
tool implementation, is a plus
