Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Solutions Operations Analyst
to support the Customer Support and Compliance Teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day interactions with bank partners on open requests
and priorities
Maintain the Policy and Procedure register and oversee the
Operations and Compliance Priority Tracker
Act as the Change Manager for Customer Solutions and Compliance,
ensuring communication of company changes to relevant
stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Ability to prioritize assignments based on risk and business
objectives
Experience working independently and collaboratively in a
fast-paced environment
Exceptional organizational skills
Experience with banking and Fintech programs is a plus
