Job Description:

A company is looking for a Workday Certified Data Conversion Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

Lead clients through the systems development lifecycle and provide technical consulting services
Validate data loaded into Workday and advise clients on data conversion options and risks
Train and mentor less experienced team members while continually seeking process improvements

Required Qualifications

Workday certification and experience with data migration in HCM and/or Integrations
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or Economics
Experience with the full lifecycle of implementations and upgrades
Proficiency with MS Excel, ASAP Utilities, and MS Office Suite
2+ years' experience in Workday Data Conversion/Migration HCM
